Location very near to beach and other entertainment areas.

They could have provided a small table and a. Chair in rooms. Air-conditioning is ok, there was some noise coming from the machine.

Great stay and great weekend out in Pattaya

The rooms are very nice and quiet. Good bed and bathroom, great location for nightlife or to walk to the beach. We stayed here before and I will come here again. I think the price of the rooms is in balance with what you get for it.

I know it now, but if you come with your own car, remember you have to park at a hotel before this hotel and it's a one way street.

Staff was ok , location was great. the hotel was clean

I needed to work while I stayed .The internet was unreliable and no working space (table chair plug in's).

Pretty good place would come back to stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff, in particular the guy at the front desk who does the late shift. Good location in the centre, opposite a great Thai restaurant. Has a basic but functional gym.

Mostly it was good, except very minor things, e.g. the balcony was a bit of a mess because of birds landing there and got a call while taking a nap in the afternoon to check if I needed the room made up despite having the do not disturb sign on.

Overall, we had an absolute great stay and a good time in Pattaya

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are comfortable with nice quite big bath rooms. Location is perfect for night life. We had an absolute great time out in Pattaya, while inside the hotel it is quiet and you can sleep well.

If you come with your own car, be prepared to park at a different hotel, that is before this hotel, on the other side of the road. I think they could emphasize this a bit more. After 5 the road of this hotel is not accessible for cars. It's not a big problem at all, but we arrived late, and it would have saved some annoyance if we knew about it. Maybe we just overlooked the information.

Th only good part of the hotel is house keeping.

room had a connecting door and drunken guest and had to enjoy their screaming sex escapes. not going to book this place ever again. lobby staff could be more accommodating

I will never stay in this hotel again they have very rude stuff in the hotel One of the stuff this name (song) he was very rude with me when I call him to complain that we cannot sleep because of the guess who is staying opposite to my room when I call him close the line on my face and he said that he is busy and I have another work I complain to booking.com and the hotel give wrong for information and to Booking.com that they came and Apologize to us but they only send fruit and they need us to accept the fruit is apologized I ask many time I need to speak with one of the manager but nobody reply to me

Lady staff always friendly and well organised - location is great.

The breakfast is not great - flies all over the salad bar, people using bare hands to grab the food (this needs to be monitored) and dirty utensils. Also I wanted an in room massage from the spa next door and I had two girls from there so they felt comfortable, just for an hour from this legitimate spa and yet I was charged Thb1000 extra. I can understand if this is an over night policy but not for a late afternoon treatment. The lift needs fixing - had to wait often as one of the lifts was broken whole 5 days.

Bad hotel, smelly, dirty! Breakfast is a joke. Overall a terrible experience, the place was kind of okay before, but deteriorated completely.

Would stay again

The staff were all great. The location is good too. A 5 minute walk to Walking Street & 10 minute to LK Metro. As other have mentioned there was some noise from a bar across the courtyard but this didn't interrupt my sleep. My room had been recently refurbished as well which is always good.

There wasn't too much to dislike. The sun deck & pool area are a bit neglected & could easily become a good feature with little effort. The Wi-Fi wasn't always working how it should.
